Level 4 is about owning Playwright at organization scale: choosing what to test where (E2E vs. component vs. unit), understanding enough of Playwright's own architecture to debug it instead of guessing, building internal tooling (custom fixtures, reporters, plugins) on top of it, and making the people-and-process decisions — ownership, review standards, migration paths — that determine whether a test suite stays an asset or turns into a liability as the team and codebase grow.
