Agile & Software Delivery Mastery Path¶
A structured, module-wise training program covering Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as one integrated methodology curriculum — not as competing buzzwords, but as a connected set of tools for planning and delivering software, each suited to a different kind of uncertainty.
This track is not about a single framework — it's about understanding the full spectrum of software delivery methodologies well enough to choose the right one (or the right hybrid) for a real project, team, and organization.
How the program is organized¶
| Level | Focus | Modules |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 · Entry | SDLC fundamentals, Waterfall, the Agile Manifesto, Scrum roles/events/artifacts, Kanban basics, Agile vs. Waterfall, user stories, estimation | 9 topics + 1 capstone |
| Level 2 · Intermediate | Scrum ceremonies in depth, retrospectives, backlog refinement, Kanban metrics, Definition of Done/Ready, velocity, release planning | 9 topics + 1 project |
| Level 3 · Advanced | Scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus), distributed Agile teams, hybrid Agile-Waterfall, risk management across the SDLC, DevOps/CI-CD integration | 9 topics + 1 project |
| Level 4 · Master | Agile transformation & change management, coaching teams, enterprise SDLC governance, choosing the right methodology per project | 9 topics + 1 capstone |
How to use this site¶
- Work through each level in order — later modules assume earlier ones.
- Every topic page includes a concrete framework or comparison (formatted as a table or structured example) plus a worked real-world example — adapt them directly to your own team or project.
- Each topic ends with an Exercise — a practical deliverable you produce yourself, the same way you would on a real assignment.
- Each level ends with a project that combines everything learned in that level into a single real artifact (a sprint plan, a release plan, a transformation roadmap).
- Use the search bar (top of the page) to jump straight to a topic.

What you'll need¶
No special software is required — every exercise in this course is built around plain documents, spreadsheets, and sticky notes (physical or digital) you can create in any office suite or a free tool like Trello. Module 4 introduces the Scrum framework's roles and ceremonies, and Module 5 introduces Kanban boards, as concepts you can apply with whatever tooling your team already has.
